Paws has gone down in quality, both in service and food. I don’t know when it happened, but Paws has changed the way a person orders a Buffalo chicken wrap.

Why am I so upset about this? 1) It’s my favorite item on campus. 2) Because people order like this: “I would like a crispy Buffalo chicken wrap with NO Buffalo sauce, no bleu cheese or ranch. Add bacon, American cheese, lettuce and tomato.” This is NOT a BUFFALO chicken wrap. I ordered one of these delicious wraps and said this, “I would like a BUFFALO chicken wrap with bleu cheese and lettuce.”

What did I get? Just chicken, bleu cheese, and lettuce … NO BUFFALO SAUCE. Apparently I had to say that I wanted Buffalo sauce on a BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAP. This is like going to McDonald’s and ordering a Big Mac and having to specify that I want their special sauce and the extra piece of bread added to it. It’s STUPID, and I don’t believe it’s right to make everyone curb the way they order just because some stupid people order a BUFFALO chicken wrap, then strip it of EVERYTHING that makes it a BUFFALO chicken wrap.

Either change the menu or specify that you WILL get Buffalo sauce on your wrap unless you ask for it to be absent. In doing this, Paws will also speed up the lines that take FOREVER to cycle through now, which will increase productivity.
