Dear Towson Students,

Thank you. Thank you for making Saturday’s Homecoming game vs. Saint Francis so special.

I mentioned in my post-game press conference how appreciative I am for you and the inspiration and energy you bring to Johnny Unitas Stadium.

Saturday you made an even larger statement by sticking it out despite the rain showers just before kick-off. That determination we saw was just the shot of adrenaline we needed to step up and rally in the first quarter.

As a group, you make Unitas Stadium one of the most intimidating places to play in all of FCS football and the reason why we are 7-2 at home in the last two years. You are the heartbeat of Johnny Unitas Stadium and our football program.

Together with the hard work, dedication and toughness of our football team, we are building a program for all to respect and take pride in.
