A 43-year-old was arrested July 19 after Baltimore County Police responded to a burglary that had occurred in the 100 block of Versailles Circle in Towson.

Ricky Marion Bostic, of the 200 block of Towsontown Court in Towson, matched the physical description of a suspect responsible for a sexual assault that occurred on York Road in Towson on May 24.

Police are looking for anyone who may have been in contact with Bostic, according to Towson University Deputy Chief of Police Joe Herring.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Baltimore County Special Victims Unit at 410-887-2223. A woman who lived on York Road reported she was woken up in her bedroom when a black male with a shaved head was touching her.

She yelled at the suspect, who fled on foot, according to a Baltimore County Police Department press release.

When Bostic was apprehended, he was found to be in possession of credit cards taken during an additional burglary.

Detectives were able to link Bostic with the York Road sexual assault through fingerprints recovered at the scene of the assault.
Bostic faces charges of first-degree sex offense, first-degree burglary and third-degree sex offense.

Bostic frequented bars and restaurants in the Towson area, according to the press release.
