Jacobs needs to work on her attacks on Ruppersberger. The one debate I watched last week in Cockeysville, moderated by Dr. Vatz, Ruppersberger had an easy rebuttal for everything she had thrown at him. In all honesty, Ruppersberger seems like a moderate Democrat that appeals to many voters in that area. But, I could be wrong.
