Idol-Feuding Fuels Controversy

There was probably a reason why for so many years American Idol kept its judging panel to two men and one woman. That reason was definitely Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj. Since the two pop divas were confirmed as Idol ’12 judges, rumors have been swirling about feuds, sneers and some spotlight stealing. This past week a video surfaced of Minaj cursing out Carey while sitting at the judges’ table. Naturally, Minaj took to Twitter to not so subtly subtweet at Carey – “All I do is compliment u. That’s not enuff? Ur a legend, cheer up. U don’t have to run down ur resume or feel intimidated.” Former “Idol” judge Steven Tyler has scoffed at the idea of a real feud saying it’s all a desperate attempt to jolt ratings. Likewise, “The Voice’s” Cee Lo Green has attributed the feud to Hollywood. Even if the feud is genuine, Minaj better just sit down and take notes when she’s going up against somebody who has sold around 200 million records.

‘That 70′s’ Stars Kunis and Kutcher Get Groovy

Mila Kunis

Mila Kunis has dethroned Rihanna as Esquire magazine’s coveted “Sexiest Woman Alive.” The 29-year-old actress makes her (long awaited) debut in the November issue in the typical uniform of smoky eyes and lingerie. In the magazine, Kunis confesses that although she can deliver a joke, she doesn’t consider herself to be a funny person and explained, “I think that the second you think that you’re funny is when you stop being funny.”

Ashton Kutcher

Meanwhile, Kunis’ main squeeze and former costar, Ashton Kutcher, was involved in a “swatting” incident with the police. Somebody sent an alert to police via text message that claimed that he was trapped in Kutcher’s bathroom as shots were being fired inside the house. However, the alert was quickly labeled as a hoax. The prankster could face criminal persecution.

Hogans’ Love and Sex

Hulk

It’s been nearly seven years since the Hogan family has even been relevant, but like any other celebrity family turned into a reality TV show, they always seen to have twice the amount of drama as the next family. By now, everyone knows that Hulk Hogan has a sex tape that leaked and that sex.com is offering an “open chequebook” for exclusive access – pretty normal. The tape was made without Hulk’s knowledge or permission, according to Hulk’s lawyer.

Linda

With impeccable timing (or perhaps, drunken tears) Hulk’s ex-wife Linda was arrested for hitting the bad-driving jackpot: a DUI, driving with a suspended license and speeding. Linda will also be featured on the season premiere of TLC’s “Brides of Beverly Hills,” despite being single now. Apparently Linda, 53, was booked for the show while still engaged to 23-year-old Charley Hill. And yes, that’s 23 as in 30 years her junior.
