Man shot at light rail in Lutherville

Police have identified the individual who was shot at a Lutherville light rail stop Friday, Jan. 25.
Harold J. Blandon Jr., 35, was severely injured at the shooting, and is still receiving medical treatment, although his condition is not known at this time, according to Towson Patch.
Officers were dispatched at the 100 block of East Ridgely Road at 4:15 p.m., according to a Baltimore County Police press release. K-9 and aviation units were sent to the scene as part of the investigation.
Light Rail service at the Lutherville station was shut down during the investigation.
According to the press release, the investigation is ongoing, and detectives are trying to determine if Blandon was targeted or if it was a random act.
