Sheen Content Without Custody In what has to be one of the strangest divorced couples news stories, Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Denise Richards has been granted temporary custody of his twin boys after they were removed from their mother, Brooke Mueller’s, home. This isn’t the first time Richards has taken the twins under her wing. In December 2012, the boys stayed with Richards when Mueller went to rehab. Sheen is fully on board with the new situation because they are in a stable and loving environment unlike the unsafe one reported by Child Services in L.A. Richards is taking her role of temporary guardian so seriously that she has already […] Read the full story »

Rihanna’s music success Rihanna’s music video for “Russian Roulette” recently hit 100 million views on Vevo, which allowed the video to join the ranks of “certified” videos. As if that milestone isn’t a big accomplishment in and of itself, this is Rihanna’s 12th video to surpass the 100 million-view mark making her the new front-runner in certified videos. Rihanna was previously tied with Justin Bieber with 11 certified videos. Meanwhile, Chris Brown’s father, Clinton, has spoken out about his son’s relationship with Rihanna. Clinton called the pair “unbalanced” and eluded to Whitney Houston and Amy Winehouse when explaining how the tumultuous relationship could end. When asked who […] Read the full story »

“BUCKWILD” STAR DIES  “Buckwild” star Shain Gandee was found dead inside his car Monday morning alongside his uncle and friend. The three men left a bar at 3 a.m. Sunday morning and told acquaintances they were going “mudding” in Shain’s truck.  The car was found off the road sitting unevenly and partially submerged in deep mud. The county’s fire department had to deploy all terrain vehicles and a bulldozer to remove the truck. The three deaths have been ruled accidental with the cause being carbon monoxide poisoning. “Buckwild” was renewed for a second season, but filming has been suspended without any indication if this tragedy would force […] Read the full story »

GLAAD Gets Mad Carley Rae Jepsen decided to pull out of the Boy Scouts’ National Scout Jamboree just hours after the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation started circulating a petition that quickly garnered over 60,000 signatures. Train, who was set to perform with Jepsen, released a statement explaining that the band was unaware of the organization’s ban on openly gay members and has said they will play the show if “[Boy Scouts of America] make a decision before then.” Carly Rae tweeted that she could no longer participate because she is an “artist who believes in equality for all.” The Boy Scouts’ camp acknowledged the decisions […] Read the full story »

Big Grammy Gains The Grammys came just in time to fill the void the absence of football tends to leave on the Sundays. Adele picked up an award for “Set Fire to the Rain” for best pop solo performance, fun. received the best new artist award and Mumford & Sons won the album of the year award for “Babel.” This year’s show, however, was heavy on little moments and not the actual awards. Taylor Swift kicked off the show by performing “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” and blatantly mocking her latest ex, Harry Styles of One Direction, by speaking in a British accent when performing […] Read the full story »

Beyonce Steals Spotlight Maybe it was the 34-minute long blackout at the Superdome, or maybe everyone is just finally realizing that no other halftime show will ever be able to top Beyonce’s, but already there are talks of a prerecorded halftime show, or none at all at next year’s Super Bowl in New Jersey.  One option is a separate concert beforehand to then be televised during the usual halftime break. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell insists that the game is supposed to be played in all elements, but there is always the “doomsday” fear for which the North East is known. However, as witnessed Sunday, delays and complications […] Read the full story »

Knowles Survives Lip-sync rumors We’re barely a month into 2013 and Beyoncé could probably sit on her laurels until 2014 and still have more success than most of her peers. After being crowned GQ’s sexiest woman of the millennium, it was time for Queen B to serenade millions at the inauguration and in the upcoming Super Bowl XLVII’s halftime show. However, after seemingly stealing the show at the inauguration, Beyoncé is in the spotlight for something far less glamorous: lip-syncing. It doesn’t even feel right putting Beyoncé and lip-syncing in the same sentence for obvious reasons, but the Marine Band has claimed that because of no rehearsal […] Read the full story »

Obama is not impressed The U.S women’s gold medal-winning gymnastics team—aka the Fierce Five—met with President Obama for a long overdue meet-and-greet and White House tour. The five gymnasts signed leotards for Sasha and Malia Obama and later watched the President’s helicopter take off on the South Lawn. However, a special moment between McKayla Maroney and Obama took the cake. In what can only be best described as a “peaked meme” the gymnast and the President both did their finest “not impressed” face and posed for the camera. When POTUS himself mocks a meme, there really can’t be a bar set higher. T-Swift burns ‘Red’ for Harry […] Read the full story »

Papa Simpson Gay?  It’s been a while since “Papa” Joe Simpson has made headlines of his own—possibly even since he discussed daughter Jessica’s chest size. Joe and his wife Tina have filed for a divorce, but Joe is the one getting caught up in the rumor mill. According to several tabloid reports, Joe is gay and has allegedly been having an affair with Bryce Chandler Hill, 21, who is a former model and backup dancer for Britney Spears. The age difference of over 30 years is sure to almost be overlooked as a source has said that despite Jessica’s “good gaydar” she is in complete shock. It has been claimed […] Read the full story »

Britney Breaks Down and Builds Up Britney Spears is moving forward. The X Factor judge has just purchased an $8.5 million mansion with her fiancé, Jason Trawick, far from Hollywood in Calabasas. She won’t be that far for too long though, as she will be making herself at home in a Los Angeles hotel for when X Factor makes its way to the city. Despite her steps in the right direction, Spears’ past has resurfaced while going to trial against her previous manager Sam Lufti. During the trial, Spears’ attorney explained that the singer’s meltdown leading up to her infamous head shaving in 2007 was instigated by […] Read the full story »
