The SGA executive cabinet faced an uncontested election while things heated up in the senate race

The STREAK ticket, featuring President Kevin Kutner, Vice President Becky Wiacek, Treasurer Joanna Enoch and Attorney General elect Bayan Rustom were elected with 1,543 student votes. Gayon Simpson was appointed chief of staff. “We couldn’t be more excited, this came out kind of perfectly,” Kutner said after the announcement. This was the first time in 20 years that an SGA executive cabinet ticket did not face any competition. Senior attackers Ashleigh Rohrback and Andi Raymond recorded hat tricks, but the No. 3 North Carolina Tar Heels dealt Towson a 17-8 blow Saturday in Chapel Hill, N.C. in the teams’ last regular season game. The loss to the Tar Heels (13-3) marks the third for the Tigers (9-7) against a Top 3 team this season.
